 Chatterbox Ltd can service most makes of equipment this is generally undertaken in one of the following ways:
We are happy to undertake repairs on an ad hoc basis as required. This may be repairs to non-fixed items such as handportable or mobile units which should be sent to our service workshop or in the form of a site visit to inspect fixed system equipment.
Alternatively equipment can be covered under a service contract for any pre-defined period of time, e.g. annual, 3-year and 5-year terms are frequently requested. As well as handportable units we can cover battery chargers and system infrastructure.
